Start with e-mailing your digital photo/s and let me know if you want to add any text, font and color, I will then create a mock-up that you can make any changes to. I will then send you a Paypal invoice to your preferred e-mail and you will receive your t-shirt/s in about a week via the P.O. Your printed tshirt will cost just $10.00 + $4.95 S/H delivered to any U.S. address for 1 side printing, add $3.50 for 2 sides.
